丹波つくね芋を使用し、紅生地には北海道手亡こしあんをお包みし
白生地には、北海道産小豆こしあんをお包みしております。
薯蕷（じょうよ）という名前にしておりますのは
山芋をふんだんに使用し、添加物に頼らない上品なお菓子で
ある事を意味しております。
